A Leading International Industrial Group Rooted in China and Deeply Engaged in Africa

Shandong Zhongyang Industrial Group was founded in 2003. After more than two decades of development, the Group has grown into a comprehensive multinational enterprise spanning two continents and three countries, operating four major industrial parks, covering 17 industrial sectors, and comprising over 40 member companies. The Group’s industrial parks cover a total area of approximately 11,000 mu (approximately 733 hectares), with an annual output value of RMB 3 billion and annual export earnings of USD 60 million. The Group employs more than 10,000 staff worldwide, including 100 employees at its domestic headquarters, 400 overseas expatriate employees, and around 10,000 local employees abroad. The Group has established dedicated departments for Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Overseas Development, and Audit, as well as multiple overseas subsidiaries. Its business footprint extends across China and more than a dozen African countries, including Nigeria, Guinea, Ghana, Angola, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the Republic of the Congo, Gabon, and Zambia.

The Group has a registered capital of RMB 560 million and is headquartered in Linyi, Shandong Province, China. Its core businesses include overseas investment, industrial park development, international trade, and logistics services. To date, the Group has made cumulative overseas investments totaling USD 400 million.

It has developed three major industrial clusters: ceramic building materials, wood-based panels, and industrial park development. The Group has successfully established several industrial parks, including the Weindustry Park in Nigeria, the BN Industrial Park, the YUP Chemical Industrial Park, and the SINO-ORD Industrial Park in Angola. As a provincial-level overseas economic and trade cooperation zone of Shandong Province, the Group’s overseas industrial parks have achieved multiple patented technologies, and have filled seven national industrial gaps in Nigeria and Angola. In terms of enterprise scale, industrial technology, profitability, environmental sustainability, economic performance, social responsibility, and public recognition, the Group ranks among the leaders in its industry.

Actively responding to China’s “Going Global” strategy, and seizing the opportunities presented by the Belt and Road Initiative and China–Africa cooperation, the Group leverages Africa’s local resources, market potential, and labor advantages to build a leading China–Africa integrated industrial platform.
