Nigeria Public Industrial Park is located in Omotoshaw, Ondo State, Nigeria, founded in 2003, covers an area of 225 hectares, with a total investment of $80.56 million. The planned construction land is 5,000 mu and 330,000 mu planting forest, and the first phase of 3,250 mu land certificate, with 99 years of property rights. Mainly in the park development and management, production of wood, board, plywood, density board, construction template, alcohol, formaldehyde, smelting lead, wood pulp, paper, gypsum board, forestry, animal husbandry, power generation, heating, gas, logistics, customs clearance and other businesses, now has more than ten member enterprises.

Dazhong Forestry covers an area of 330,000 mu, the first phase of development of 150,000 mu, with 40 years of property rights, from forestry seedling into timber, logging, cassava interplanting to deep processing, is an ecological forestry economic cycle demonstration project, the second phase is planned to develop 180,000 mu. We have obtained environmental protection certificate issued by Nigerian government department and are allowed to produce wood panel, alcohol and formaldehyde business.

After 19 years of development, the company has accumulated rich experience in investment management and market operation, cultivated a large number of international compound management and marketing talents, dispatched more than 200 resident staff and hired 5,000 local employees, and established a perfect sales network in Nigeria. Our products are exported to Nigeria, Guinea, Ghana, Benin, Niger, Chad and other neighboring countries.

With abundant local social resources, reasonable industrial layout and orderly management, the company has developed into one of the largest Chinese private enterprises in Nigeria and is the president unit of Shandong Chamber of Commerce of China General Chamber of Commerce in Nigeria.

On February 25, 2020, Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari cut the ribbon for the Volkswagen Industrial Park project. The Governor of Ondo State and several government ministers attended the ceremony.

In November 2021, Nigeria Volkswagen Industrial Park was rated as shandong Provincial overseas Demonstration Park by Shandong Provincial Department of Commerce and Finance department. At present, the park is in good operation and has become a model of successful enterprises in Shandong's "going out" overseas investment in Africa. With localized management, the Park has actively improved local people's livelihood, fulfilled social responsibilities and carried out green environmental protection projects. In total, the park has donated more than 20 million yuan in goods and materials to the local people, making a positive contribution to the development of China-Africa friendship.
