Age: under 35 years old
Education requirement: full-time college degree or above, major in related liberal arts. Major in Human Resources is preferred.
Work experience and professional skills: Human Resources major is acceptable fresh graduate; Other majors require more than 1 year hr management experience, and know the basic content of the six modules of HUMAN resources; Familiar with Office software;
Language and General ability: Simple daily conversation in English; Careful, responsible, have the big picture view;
Main responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the comprehensive management of company recruitment, training, staff entry, resignation and permanent employment;
2. Responsible for the comprehensive management of employee files, employee welfare, social security, etc.;
3. Manage staff attendance, rewards and punishments;
4. Responsible for the revision of labor contracts, labor agreements and relevant agreements;
Salary: 6K+ overseas subsidy
